We began this journey in 2019 by changing our domain from "carlstahlkromer.com" to "kromer.com," laying the foundation for this change. This was followed by additional measures and changes in our communication style and product catalog to further emphasize the Kromer brand name. Now, we are making this even clearer with the final step of our new, independent visual identity.

The logo mark symbolizes this ease and the almost playful handling of loads. It is derived from the first letter of the name: the diagonal strokes of the "K" form an arrow shape, an angle. The two arms of the angle are color-divided and overlap at their origins, creating a sense of transparency and lightness. The shape unfolds before the viewer, appearing to rise. This upward-directed form represents the pursuit of productivity and top performance. It conveys that Kromer is driven and future-focused. The reason for the renaming of Carl Stahl Kromer to Kromer GmbH is that we, as a company, want to increasingly establish our own identity in the future. For our customers and suppliers, nothing changes except for the new company name and the new company logo. All existing contracts and agreements, as well as contact details, remain unchanged. Our commercial register number, tax number, and all bank details also remain the same. When updating your records, you only need to change our company name to Kromer GmbH.
Your order will be received and processed whether you use our old or new company name. However, we do recommend updating your records to ensure data accuracy in your system.
